THIS COURSE IS FOR YOU
Â
Most people come to growth work because they feel a gap between where they are and where they long to be.
They want to heal old wounds, deepen relationships, feel more at home in themselves, finally live with clarity, ease, and purpose.
And yet—no matter how much insight they gain, no matter how many tools they collect—
something keeps getting in the way.
Inside, they find the same exhausting cycle:
A PART THAT ATTACKS OR JUDGES.
Â
A PART THAT COLLAPSES OR INTERNALIZES THE PAIN.
Â
A PART THAT AVOIDS, PERFORMS, NUMBS, DISTRACTS OR DISAPPEARS.
Â
This is the Shame Triangle—a powerful inner geometry of parts that keeps us looping in self-criticism, unworthiness, and survival mode.
And once you can see it clearly, you can transform it.
This 8-week course is a self-paced, immersive journey based on Jessica Fern and David Cooley’s new book, Transforming the Shame Triangle. Through teaching, guided practices, demos, and Q&A, you’ll learn how to shift out of the Shame Triangle and into the Self-Love Triangle, where your inner Critic becomes an Inner Coach, Shame becomes emotional wisdom, and Escapers become Inner Nurturers.
Â
THIS IS NOT "SELF HELP"Â
THIS IS SELF - LED TRANSFORMATION
BY THE END OF THIS COURSE YOU WILL...
+Â Understand how your inner system actually works
+ Know your Shame Triangle intimately
+ Unblend from critical, collapsed, or avoidant parts
+ Build a steady relationship with Self-energy
+ Transform the Inner Critic into a supportive Inner Coach
+ Heal Shame at its roots—not just manage it
+ Work compassionately with your Escaper parts
+ Release legacy burdens + internalized messages you inherited
+Â Integrate the Self-Love Triangle as a new way of living
+ Feel more authentic, grounded, open, and whole
Â
This course will help you live what you’ve been learning, instead of looping in old patterns.

This course is for anyone who wants to grow, heal, and reclaim their inner freedom—whether you’re brand-new to parts work or a longtime practitioner seeking deeper personal transformation.
"This course made me softer, more tolerant, and more gracious — both toward myself and toward others. It made me realize how differently people experience the same situation, just because we carry different inner worlds."
"Now I have a new angle on these tools, and I'm already incorporating them into other work I'm doing. I really worked with two of my parts, and they've evolved in genuinely empowering ways."
"Since taking this course, I'm more aware of the moments when I'm in Self, and I'm less afraid of my inner critic and shame parts. I'm way more curious about my parts, which feels empowering."

"Jess had a light way of presenting heavy material like shame — validating and normalizing it without making it feel clinical. Dave held the structure so all the emotions and stories had a place to land. A wonderful combination, the two of them"
