LEARNING THE LANDSCAPE

Discover why insight and effort aren’t enough, how inner contradictions arise, and how the Shame Triangle becomes the hidden architecture of our inner struggle. Learn the language of parts, the seeds of multiplicity across cultures, and the origins of the Drama Triangle.

 

WEEK  2 - MARCH 3

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR SHAME TRIANGLE

Map your unique Shame Triangle. Get to know your Inner Critic, Shame Part, and Escaper Parts; learn how they impact you and your life. Start to externalize these parts.

 

WEEK  3 - MARCH 10

THE SELF + UNBLENDING 

Develop a lived sense of Self-energy–your inner source of compassion, clarity, and calm. Learn how to un-blend from parts in real time so you can relate to them instead of from them. Learn the Self-Centered Model.

WEEK  4 - MARCH 17

TRANSFORMING THE INNER CRITIC 

Learn about the Shame Triangle mindsets that keep you stuck. Experience a live demo of the Inner Critic transforming into an Inner Coach and be guided through the Self LOVE U process for your Inner Critic.

WEEK  5 - MARCH 24

TRANSFORMING SHAME

Learn about shame stories versus shame as a feeling. Experience a live demo with someone’s Shame part and be guided through the Self LOVE U process so your Shame can be cared for.

WEEK  6 - MARCH 31

TRANSFORMING

THE ESCAPERS 

Learn about the Escapers and nervous system dysregulation. Experience a live demo of your Escaper parts and transform them into Inner Nurturers. Be guided through the Self LOVE U process.

WEEK  7 - APRIL 7

SHAME TRIANGLE: LEGACY BURDENS + INHERITANCE

Explore when your Shame Triangle parts hold legacy burdens from your family, cultural, or identity group. Witness a live legacy unburdening and be guided through releasing your inherited burdens, beliefs, internalized messages, and patterns that aren’t yours.

WEEK 8 - APRIL 14

INTEGRATION:

THE SELF LOVE TRIANGLE

 

You will be guided through an inner restorative/meditation process with each of your Shame Triangle parts in order to further support their transformation into the Self-Love Triangle.

MEET YOUR COURSE FACILITATORS

 Jessica Fern is a best-selling author and integrative therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting relational and personal transformation. Her work draws on conflict transformation, trauma therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and narrative approaches, attachment theory, and spiritual and shamanic counseling traditions.

She is the internationally recognized author of Polysecure, Polywise, and her newest book, Transforming the Shame Triangle. Through her private practice and teaching, Jessica works with individuals, couples, and multi-partner relationships to help them move beyond reactive patterns, cultural conditioning, insecure attachment, and unresolved trauma—supporting greater self-leadership, emotional resilience, and intimacy in life and love.

David Cooley is a Restorative Justice practitioner, facilitator, and trainer whose work focuses on transforming conflict into connection through dialogue, accountability, and repair. His professional roots are in Restorative Justice, where he facilitated restorative circles and supported individuals in addressing interpersonal harm outside of adversarial legal systems. His professional training includes working with victims of crime, trauma-informed care, cultural and gender sensitivity, nonviolent communication, and cultural brokering.

David is the creator of the Restorative Relationship Conversations (RRC) model, an integrative process that adapts restorative principles for use in intimate relationships. Informed by his training in mindfulness-based practices, narrative therapy, somatic work, IFS, and attachment theory, the RRC process addresses conflict at the levels of communication, embodiment, and meaning-making. In his private practice, David works with individuals and partners seeking healthier ways to navigate relational strain, supporting the development of emotional literacy, nervous system regulation, accountability, and trust so that conflict can become a pathway to deeper safety and connection
